How Our Story Began

How Xander Plans came to be

Founded in 2025 by Alex Landry, his brief event planning background has followed him through the years and countless events he’s planned and managed. Through becoming an event management consultant, Alex has learned plenty about the craft. Before and during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, Alex was just getting into the competitive gaming landscape, specifically for the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate title. The game and community enamoured him, and he began getting involved and informed in the various skills that come alongside being a tournament organizer and event planner. Our goal is to use Xander Plans as a vessel to motivate and teach people valuable skills, all learned by Alex through his extensive event planning background. Managing an event shouldn’t come with a great deal of hardship, confusion and pain. At the end of the road, we hope that every client or visitor feels confident in their planning and management skills, and maybe even motivates them to become event management consultants and experts themselves one day!
